Im a salesperson and all this nice shit is bull … I start nice but go ballistic if they bullshit me..because if your nice they push you out the door. I may not even be that upset but I act like I am. Until they get someone to ride I demonstrate and they eat crow. How in the hell can you not hear or feel that? My grandma felt that …Demand to talk to their managers, then above the manager. Until it gets fixed or sell the POS before warranty goes out as a last ditch..
