She's a big girl now.
From the 5000000 coolers, yet still overheats (assuming same setup as MACH 1)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's not that much more than a similarly equipped Mach 1. It gained less than 100lbs, which isn't great but not massive or anything. The automatic cars are a decent bit heavier than the manual ones too, which is another thing to consider. Same with performance pack versus base, all that stuff adds weight.
I don’t remember…what did the Mach weigh?

Savagegeese also reconfirmed C&D findings in their video documentary today (towards the end). I'm curious as I have a GT/CS, how it will compare once I have more bracing and remove the resonator, how far off the car will be (especially vs the GT premium rather than the DH as thats more mangoes to mangoes).
Given how advanced the aftermarket is now, the question is how easily will it be to get an S550 close to the handling of the S650.
I believe the MT82D4 is essentially unchanged so that should be the same as my 23. Really we are only talking a difference in steering racks.
When you say the MT82D4, are you talking about the GT or Dark Horse?

Dark Horse have the Tremec manual, not the MT82D4 that the manual GT '24 has.

Here I was referring to GT vs GT (not DH) sorry reading back I did not make that clear.

I would assume a S550 to DH jump would maybe be worth it. But GT to GT there may not be enough to warrant upgrading unless you want/like screens.

Apparently, according to C&D, 4000lbs (for you exact weight guys out there 3992.572lbs) without the driver with less than a 1/4 tank of gasoline in it. So much for that 500 HP.
It's all that damn wiring and modules needed for that iPad on wheels...

Just think - more poundage = more wear and tear on tires as far as tread life for daily driving; you're going to be replacing tires more often. They're finding this out with the excessive weight of EVs....

I think my 2019 GT PP2 is like 200 lbs lighter and about $10K cheaper than a Dark Horse.

More and more it was the best decision ever.

IMO it's questionable on any of them. I paid $26K or so for my 2017 GT. Why would I want to pay 2 or 3 times that much for a car with only slightly improved performance? And with the weight gain, any performance gain is probably from stickier (more expensive) tires. Plus, there are changes to the engine and gearing I don't like in the newer cars.
