V6 sounds awesome in high revs, love that high pitched wail. Can't beat the sound of the turbo whistling through the exhaust of the EB though.

I loved my 3.7 at higher revs, it sounded so awesome. Love the sound of a BOV and a turbo as well, just gotta decide what sound you want :D

Another vid:

Doesn't stay so deep throughout the rev range but it's still amazing, imo.

:ford:
Holy F do you all live in the development that was in the beginning of Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift? I swear I got flashbacks seeing this video.

You mean that warranty you'll pretty much void with all those mods you plan to do on the EB or have done on the V6? :p
Depends what's done and Ford still has to prove the mods caused any issue when taken in. Fully modded my warranty was never voided even when the DS snapped ;-)

FWIW - my Magnetic base V6 will be delivered to my house Wednesday.

Then it's wheel shopping time :D
And lowering springs and exhaust.

You forgot to add, "YMMV" ... :)

I think you got lucky.

They don't have to prove the MOD caused the issue... the mod only has to be done so they can say it was "unreasonable use". Let's say someone increases boost pressure on their EB through a reprogram. When the engine grenades, the owner is going to ask for a warranty fix. Ford, rightly so, will say that the mod was unreasonable for the engine as designed. For the consumer, the cost of repair is probably less than the cost of a lawyer that would be interested in taking the case with half a chance of winning.

The Magnuson-Moss Act basically says, "The federal minimum standards for full warranties are waived if the warrantor can show that the problem associated with a warranted consumer product was caused by damage while in the possession of the consumer, or by unreasonable use, including a failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance."

If you over-boost your engine and your stereo breaks, your stereo is still covered. Your engine, probably not so much.

Thanks. 20 miles in and the rear rubber has been reduced about 10%.
Haha
So far so good.

Front end grip sucks tho. Need real tires asap!
And steering feel is... Meh.
Regardless of setting.

Thanks! Eleanor gray aka "magnetic"
Looks so good in person, pics don't do it justice. At all.

That might help. But as a first measure i would increase front traction rather than decreasing rear.
