He posted NEVER been able to flash over. That is why I posted that my car is an example that it can be. Also would like to say if I could go back in time I would do Whipple not the Roush. Whipple is in here every hour supporting its customers. Roush is like a ghost around here.

Why did you have to leave it? I called today and was told to just come in. They would email Roush and get the "code" and then reflash it. 15 minute deal. I'm going in on Thursday.

Good question...I just picked it up, it took them 2 days! And I can tell you it runs like crap. Need to get a real tune. So disappointed with Roush tune.

Specifically what do you mean by crap? Hesitates? Power delivery?

Yes...power delivery is about the same , it does hesitate similar to the first tune. The fuel/air ratio is all over the place too. The exhaust makes weird noises now and the rpm' seem to stay in the upper range longer when you push the clutch in to shift. Nothing feels right except the idle.

Call beefcake and get a lund tune.... It will instantly fix all performance complaints you have

I installed the phase 2 727 hp and I can tell you that the roush tune is so conservative that it gives me a p061b code and car goes limp. Called them several times, left messages cause they don't answer, emailed several times and still no contact with them. Car also hesitates slightly.

Thank you Charlie for calling Roush! Spoke to Chris at Roush and they are on it. Thanks again Charlie, for going out of your way to help me with this. I will post any updates.

For some reason I don't feel that great right now. I have what equates to a $20k upgrade and they don't seem to be in the know.

Roush is sending me new NGK plugs. I have the motorcraft plugs that came with the phase 2 but they changed over to the NGK's a couple of months ago. This may be part or all of the problem. Fingers crossed, I will update asap.

Anybody try installing a bigger intercooler pump on their roush kit?
