Now at Phase 1 and just went over 1000 miles I am ready to look at a smaller pulley. Phase 2 is 80mm and does not require a smaller belt. Question is, is there other options out there that includes a smaller than 80mm and comes with smaller belt?

I think any smaller pulley is going to require at minimum a BAP. I was looking into a 79mm pulley, BAP, and a tune from JPR when I'm ready. Oh.... and colder plugs too...

JPR? Wonder what Realistic HP/TQ goals would be. And spinning blower faster wondering how efficient this Roush intercooler is? Thanks for input. :)

I'd go with a 79mm/11psi pulley, some 1000ID's, BAP (VMP or JMS) and a tune from Ken Bjonnes. It'll be a completely different car. You'll probably need an 81.5" Gates belt, but I'd double check that with BJ at VMP.

I'm running the same setup on my TVS and the results have been amazing, 1.4x 60's on 20's, mid 10's/135mph+. Only other mods are exhaust and a few minor suspension pieces.

I have basically the same setup plus the vmp 67 throttle body and long tube headers and it makes a world of difference. ken is the man.

^yep, I have the twin 67's and longtubes. Ken refines the tune every time I send him a datalog, and she gets faster every time.

That's pretty much right where I wanna be with it... I'm just cheap and don't wanna buy id1000s.... especially since I'll never come close to maxing them out. I wouldn't mind spending 400-500 on injectors, but 1000 is steep.

I got mine for around 700-800 from beef cake. You could always sell your stickers and make up for some of it.

^I've had this discussion with Ken and VMP, they both think that a 79mm is safe on 93 pump, any more boost or lower octane could be trouble. I'd love to run more boost but I don't want to be married to e85, race gas, or any octane additives. Also, once you go lower you gotta get a 90mm idler, heavy duty tensioner, and a smaller belt. Those are the tradeoffs.
