Really love the Torque curve. Would of made 670 HP but guy shop did not know I did the OPG/Tg mod. So he pulled throttle at 7300 RPM instead of 7800 RPMs. TEMP on this day was 102 degrees with humidity of 49% so not bad at all. Thank you Ken Bjonnes. :)

Did you already have the Roush Phase2 and simply switched from 80mm pulley to the 79mm and then had it tuned?

No señor. Had Stage 1. Went from 85mm to 79mm pulley. Had the shop doing the dyno pull went to my redline it would of hit 670 whp. Fuel is 93.

Very nice!
Thanks. Car is a blast to drive.

Damn, great power. 7800 with a blower even with OPG and CS is just a bit too much for ME. I'm sure the benefit would be massive power wise with the GT350 IM though. I stopped my Dyno pull at 7300 as well and put down 681whp.

Ok, if you only had Roush stage 1, what did you do as far as injectors when you went to 79 pulley?

Yea I need to go get another dyno pull and make sure we go to redline 7800. Plus next dyno pull will not be at 102 degrees outside with unbearable humidity of 49%. Nice numbers you laid down. What was your TQ? We have almost exact mods also. EDIT: just saw 540 TQ you made. Do you have dyno chart? Wondering how your TQ curve looks compared to the Roush.

I did the ID 1000s and JMS BAP.

47lb/hr injectors are good for 600RWHP safely (manual trans, DJ #'s) with no other changes. JMS will give you a bit more capacity by helping maintain fuel psi drop. But past this, you would have little to no room for cat and piston protection modes.

Fuel psi drops around 6-7psi above 6000rpm on these S550's without a BAP. The BAP's can give you another 2-5psi depending on voltage output.
