I know about OPG, CG, ATI damper and maybe also halfshafts (all these not sure if necessary but for peace of mind). But nobody never ask about pistons, rods... :)
I am going also to Ford Performance SC kit (I got good price on it).

I will chime in here since you are basicaly doing what I did.

I bought a 670 car from Lebanon Ford with a warrnty. After 10 miles I knew the Roush tune was junk and contacted VMP. I am now running a 80mm pulley, 56# injectors , BAP, K2 open filter and I also did a set of MMR OPG and crank sprockets. The roush tune is limted to 7k RPM. With the gears and fuel upgrades I now spin the motor to 7800 and its still pulling. On 93 this makes a little over 630whp which is PLENTY for a street car.

I just recently got the Roush/Ford Racing Phase 1 SC installed in mine. McNew's Automotive in Dillsburg, Pa tuned it on 93 octane and made 616rwhp @7,000 rpm's. I highly doubt I'll put in a smaller pulley, BAP, or even bigger injectors. What came with the kit is plenty fast enough for me. Will be doing half shafts though, maybe when Black Friday sales come around.

You can throw as much money as you like at the car, but, you said it is basically a daily driver. I have the Roush Phase 1 and I am wasting lots of hp as I can't keep it stuck to the road.
That being said, if you are like me, you just want the hp, not exactly use it. Kind of like wearing a Rolex. It still tells time but you rarely find anyone that notices it or cares.
Many people here think what ever you have that is different than what you chose, your add-on is junk, crap, or worse.
With your Phase II, you are already faster than 99% of the cars on the road.
BTW, North Tampa area.
