I've done some searching but haven't found much on the topic. I know people have mentioned getting better tires and upgrading parts of the suspension and transmission but figured I'd get a thread going to help organize a list of things people should get when and if they decide to get a supercharger.

Those would be first, IMO.

Supporting mods in terms of power and power levels...would be:

Intake/TB upgrade
Exhaust Upgrade
Fuel System Upgrade
More boost/power

If you plan on running drag radials, might think about half shafts. And if you will be doing a lot of high rpm running, tracking, lots of drags, or increasing to higher boost levels, billet oil pump gears.

to state was BMR said.

Tires
Driveline
Suspension

Half Shafts fall under driveline, pretty weak point once you get sticky tires under that much power.

How are you using it?
What supercharger?
What power levels?

These are things to consider when selecting not only a supercharger kit, but what other modifications will be wanted/needed.

If your a "normal" driver like myself and know not to clutch dump the heck out of it, and can be easy on the shifts. Just adding a set of sticky tires and you will really enjoy the supercharger.

(Its a blast even with the stock tires, but the lack of traction gets old reallllllly fast)

Obviously if your going to be dropping the clutch at high RPM's, or power shifting it, then axles, and wheel hop mods may be in order for you.
