Har far off was it?
2 to 3.5 psi off. I had 3 sources to verify this was the case.

1st - I set my wastegate spring to 4.5 psi and I saw 7 to 8ish psi on the gauge. Then went to 8.7 psi spring controlled and say 10.5 to 12.5 psi. So I thought maybe I seeing creep and the 38mm was too small. Needless to say I was slightly pissed at myself for going with a 38mm.

2nd I bought a manual autometer boost gauge. I tapped the same reference point as my boost+ and teed them into the same line. Gauge said 9 to 9.5, boost+ say 11 to 12.

3rd I tapped straight from the wastegate source and the same thing as above occurred. Only I had the boost+ by it self on its previous vacuum source it had been tied to . Only the WG and autometer were tapped off the hard pipe.

There were other signs like no one with the same 4.75 pulley making near the boost I was at 7500 rpm (15psi is what I saw). Most saw 11 to 12 that high in the rpm band. Lund said when they first started tuning that by looking a the load that it looked like I was getting 10psi. PC even said a 4.75 shouldn't hit that high. I thought I had a freak of nature D1SC.

Most recently I opened a ticket on the Boost+ and Alex reviewed my log, as did Jon and Dakota. They said it looked like I was only seeing 9psi (8.7 on the spring) and that the boost+ must be wrong. I am also still finishing my tune with Lund so that have lots of data on my car right now.

I mailed them back the boost+ i have today. They should have sent the new boost+ out so fingers crossed this one reads right! If not, I have plan B which my wife is gonna get pissed about :)

Wow glad u got to the bottom of that,i knew that 15 psi was to high on the 4.75 pulley,my buddy on the same exact setup was getting 15 with the 4.38.My clutch is stopping me from getting in the 10,s,going to take a shot one more time tomorrow but the slipping in between the 3rd and 4th shift is getting worse.Off season new clutch and drop down one more pulley size and i think im done.Cant wait to see what u run when u get yours dialed in!!!!.

Tried searching but came out empty. Is it necessary to change out the spark plugs when going fi? I'm about to install my procharger and I want to know if running the stickers would be fine for a while or do I have to change them out before I drive it. Also what kind do you all recommend and he gap. Thanks

Not sure if it's necessary but I think it's certainly recommended. Gap is 0.30 - 0.35 (Procharger commented to stick to 0.35 unless making ridiculous power).

Keep in mind the manual says to never remove the plugs from a stone cold engine or possible thread damage can occur.

Yes, you will need to change the plugs. I tried to go with the stock plugs and when I would get passed 5K the car would just sputter. Plugs were getting blowout.

About how many miles should one expect to get on a set before needing replaced?
I replace mine about every 20k.
I know I have heard of people going 80-100k
Just depends on how hard you are on them I guess. LOL.

Thanks for the tip on Anti-seize was just thinking about that today getting ready for my install of your Stage 2.

Can I ask about the .032 gap, is that with the stock PC tune or are you "hopped up"? I'll be putting 6510s in tommorow and was going to follow the instructions recommendation of .035". Sorry I just don't know enough to make the call.

Thanks!

I just have used the .32 for the better part of a decade.
Since that was the stock gap on some NGK plugs I used... LOL.
So just stuck with it. :)
