You aren’t trying to do this with the spring in the perch are you? The spring should be installed last, otherwise you will have a significant fight on your hands to accomplish the task at hand.
No :) I've had everything apart, together with shock out, knuckle off (and hub out of it), camber arm is out too since I'm installing new one, only thing left bolted to subframe is toe link.

I did get in and have rear bolt in, now to wiggle the front bearing it to align with the hole to put the bolt through. So have some progress. Thanks !

may need to spread or apply bit of pressure to spread the front mount perches in the subframe with a long screw driver while sliding the new bearing in. sounds like just a bit of difference in the center sleeve length. even a rubber mallet would suffice in the right places.
