I'm going to do some driving tomorrow after a wash tonight -- FYI, I normally cruise between 1700-1900 RPM -- sometimes between 2500-3000 as the road and traffic allows. I would expect more noise in the 1500-2500 range irrespective of the system being used, so it's really just answering the subjective question as to how much is too much -- even the stock system makes some noise under those conditions. My highway habits haven't changed with this system so far.I suggested this as a test, bc in 6th you will be speeding at 2500. With 5th you won't bog at 1500, nor have to change gears. It's a pretty straightforward test for the "drone range", lol.

Thanks for doing that test for me. I did the same thing on the way home yesterday. No drone with my current system. The stock resonator is still in. I have an FRPP X-pipe, and am undecided as to return it, or go for broke.

That's what's nice about the reso delete. Baby step between full AB/CB, or bone stock.Just finished installing my MRT h-pipe. In all honest, I can hardly tell any difference... maybe a little louder and deeper, but not by very
