I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a torn CV boot repaired, or doing it yourself? I have a good lead on a deal for a set of 2000 hp DSS axles, and one boot is completely ripped. I've repaired a stock boot in the past (different vehicle when I was young) but never an upgraded set like this. I imagine it to be the same, so long as I can source the boot, but wanted to know if anyone has had experience with this specifically.

I'm going to reach out to DSS and see if they offer anything as well, but they seem to be lacking in customer service so my hopes are not high.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I've had my 3rd tear , in a brand new repair kit, less than 3k miles after install. This must be some kind of manufacturing defect at this point.
