I agree with you. However, you should not base your decision on your MAF flow vs what I have shown. That would not make any sense.I am not discounting what Kelltrac has done here, but I would need more data and from more than just one person to drop $700-800 bucks. My car has pulled 51.7 maf counts on stock 18 box and manifold.
No I have not. I only did that early on with the stock '16 manifold and GT350 "CAI". I did see an improvement. I think it was equivalent to around 6hp if I recall. I made a post with the data on All Motor Coyote Facebook page.@KellTrac Have you done a direct comparison between the GT350 throttle body and your custom 95mm on the GT350 manifold? I'd like to see a back to back airflow and acceleration test of those two on the same manifold...
I don't have dyno charts on my posts. I tend to agree with you on the 30-40...but I don't use dynos. When looking at the just the dyno charts they do not show a 4 car length difference between the two power wise. ??? ;).
That would reflect at least 30-40 whp difference imo.
I did race a friend after I swapped manifolds. He has a turbo 3V car that I could barely beat with the 18 mani - I put several cars on him with the GT350 manifold. So the hp gains and car length gains may not be 100% accurate, but they are very close.
