I would re -torque the suspension components, and lube up the drivers side vertical link. Make sure you take the bushing out to re-lube, that's the most effective way
Steeda, I believe I may have found the issue (hopefully). I discovered that the alignment kit sleeve is chewed up. This sleeve was located on the driver side rear subframe bolt. Once I clean everything up and lube all moving parts, I'll check the passenger side. It is obvious that the sleeve was sitting on that lip under load. Please review the provided pictures for a better understanding of what happened. Can you please advise the next step as I'm leaning on not even installing it back on? Will I receive a replacement?

Had the Steeda Engineers listen to the video, and they are referring, that noise to

possible "brake groan"
I just saw this but I inspected the brakes and it looks fine. What are or component do they believe will cause the "brake groan" sound? I feel that I may have found the issue with the alignment kit sleeve but it would be nice to know about this groan for others to be aware. I'll provide a update when everything is buttoned up

There are front and rear inserts, got that correct when installing, I hope.

Some of the 2015 mustangs are having rear wheel bearing issues the last 2-3 months. Lots of those issues have been posted on the numerous S550 groups in the last month or so.

When jacking up the car, have you grabbed your drivers side wheel to see if there is any play or back and forth movement? If the wheel is not firm with zero movement you might have a wheel bearing issue.
I haven't checked for this yet but I don't recall there being any play in either direction when the wheel is mounted. Any way I can check while the wheel is currently off? There is slight movement on the rotor when I move it back and forth with one hand at 12 o'clock and the other at 6 o'clock. Similarly, the half shaft has slight play when I move it forward and back. However, this is the same for result for the passenger side that I'm having no known issues on so far.

After removing both and moving them around, I did install them correctly. The smaller longer sleeve goes to the rear subframe and the thicker shorter sleeve goes to the front.

Unfortunately, after all the recommendation's that MustangCollector advised, the same creaking sound is there. It seems that the sleeve damage didn't change anything. I'll try to swap the Eibach pro with my stocks. If that fails, I'm taking it to the dealer to see if they can resolve it.

Creak Solved

After driving the vehicle with my brother (04' Mystichrome Cobra owner), he had an idea to check the spindle nut. We put the e-brake on, jacked the rear, and used a 32 mm socket to tighten the spindle nut. The nut is supposed to be torqued down to 125 lbs but it seemed that it was only 70 lbs or less. We torqued each side to 150 lbs (found out it was 125 afterwards). Put the tires back on and what do you know...creak is gone. For any creaking/squeaking, it would be a good idea to check the torque on the spindle nut. If it gets loose again, I'll replace it with new as they are intended for one time use.

Good job!! Glad you found the root cause!

Sorry to be such a noob, but which is the spindle nut again? Do you have any pics or reference?

I'm getting the same noise, and kinda concerning that it seems to be from a under-torqued fastener (especially since I will be going to a few HPDEs coming up soon).

Spindle nut is the nut that essentially holds the CV/half shaft into the hub.

Photo below is not a Mustang, but you get the point.

Without this torqued properly, you risk not seating the bearing properly causing premature wear (noises) and, well, a myriad of other issues.

Ford really has no excuse for the number of these we've seen reported that are not torqued down properly. I don't think dealers get into the business of loosening these nuts during their post-delivery/pre-sale activities.

Final torque with the wheel on the ground to keep it from spinning or lock it up with a crow bar in the wheel lugs, whichever. I don't think you're supposed to impact these down given there's a bearing there.

Waiting to get my car back from the dealer and am excited to try this. This noise has been ruining the driving experience for me. Quick question after your rolling is the noise still there? Mine does it when I am taking off and that's it.

The noise started off faint at first but got gradually louder as the time went by. Initially, it was only heard rolling off from a stop then it got to the point where any slight throttle movement or acceleration made that noise. Worst from a stop tho. You can try getting on a slight hill, engage e-brake and engage the clutch till the car moves. If you here a creak, you should definitely check the spindle nut.

Yeah Im going to tighten it regardless, My noise came after 500 miles when i lowered the car. It has progressed, but what i noticed that was odd was when i installed the steeds camber arms the noise went away almost completely, and when i got it aligned it came back.
