By fully extended I assume you mean the in the upper locked position

20.25" not including any blocks
20.5" with small blocks
21.5" with tall blocks
24" with stacked blocks

5000 TL & TLX

Did you mean locking ? You're supposed to use the safety locks so there is mechanical stop to prevent lowering rather than hydraulic pressure from the pump. You can actually disconnect the hoses once locked.

My car once spent about a month on Quickjack without being lowered, so yes, it is very much safe.

Only real drawback of a quickjack is sort of restricted access from the side - but it really isn't a drawback because there isn't really anything similar to this.

Blocking ? Are you referring to stacking the blocks ? If so I’m not comfortable doing that as they have a tendency to lean…….. Or blocking as in blocking the wheels ? If you put the car in neutral with no emergency brake then I would block/chuck a wheel but not very close as allowing the car to have some movement in my opinion helps take the stress off the jack & tires from dragging till the car gets off the ground

No, I did mean “blocking” - in your response in Post #64 above, you’re mentioning “blocking” with noted height differences. I’m taking that to mean there are blocks being put between QJ and the rockers of the vehicle?

Sorry if I’m misunderstanding your response, just trying to figure out what was meant by the “blocking”.

The blocks are the rubber blocks I mentioned a low profile option of. QJ comes with two sets of two different heights and you can stack them to get more height - here's the video that explains it :

Also - you need at least one set of these, you do not lift using the frame directly.

Ok - now I understand - thanks for the additional help!

Been thinking about getting one of these for a long time. Anyone know what the military discount amount is?

for Some reason they don’t do it as a flat rate, they do it on a discount system but it’s between 10%-15% or at least should be
