Hi All,

I want to purchase new wheels for my 2021 Mustang GT Premium (everything of the car is in stock condition).

This is the new setup I want to do:

Front: MRR, FS01 19x10 +35, 285/35/19
Rear: MRR, FS01 19x11 +35, 305/35/19

Not sure if +35mm offset will offer a flush setup. I'd rather have the wheels tucked in than sticking out from the fender.

Thanks a lot, guys!

with a 10" front on 285 they will poke out a bit. Now are you wanting your rim flush, or the wheel. You can get it to be flush with a bit of camber. I have 9.5 ET35 on 235 with a spacer and i poke just a tad bit. My rears are 10.5 ET40 on 305 and im poking. So i think you might want ET40 to get closer to flush with your fronts. The pics of my setup, my rims sit flush with the body not my tires. Oh and my front wheel wasn't straight... I see that now. But you should check out the fitment industries website and browse their gallery of mustangs. All types of setups and offsets and tires. Even tells you if they sit flush or not. Give it a look... Good luck

Attached are photos of Skye. I'm using 19x10, +35, square, 285/35/19.

For the suggested rear, I'm concerned about your offset: +35.

If sticking with a +35 on the rear and expanding that to a 19x11, I believe the tire will extend inward and outward another 1/2 inch, or 13 mm.

As a reference, the factory Mach 1 HP rim, rear, is a 19x11, +52.5 offset, 315/30/19.

Unless you'll be making rear suspension changes, I think you need to adjust the rear offset to a larger number.

REAR offset for an 11" wheel should be 50-56 or so (52 is common).

The front is fine for a 10" wheel at ET 35. ET35 on the REAR is pretty far off.

Lower offsets are farther out, larger numbers mean more set inward, and they're measured in millimeters. Offsets are measured from the middle of the wheel, so if a wheel gets wider, it pokes out more unless you have a larger offset number to push it back in.

Really appreciate for you guys' reply!

Yeah, I've been searching on Fitmentindustries for a while, and I'm looking for 19", rotary forged black wheels. Tire better to be 285/35/19 front, 305/35/19 rear. But I guess I may just settle with this.

Friends don't let forum members buy those nitto tires. Nor shod their horses with narrow 9" front wheels.
Total waste of money on both counts.

You need to up your tire budget and drop your wheel budget. Hard no on the nittos. Wheels too narrow for the tire sizes you want to run as well.

Pick any easy cheap spin forged 10/11” wheel set and do a tiny amount of research on tires.

Here you go, SVE are all flow formed and a good price. Plenty of different styles to choose from and they’re all set for Mustang fitment with regards to offset

As others have said, 9” is too narrow for the front and +35 isn’t the correct offset for the rear. I have 20x10 +35 in front with 285/35/20 and 20x11 +50 with 315/35/20 rear lowered on Steeda progressives. I have the crappy Nitro 555’s was supposed to be R2’s for the rear but they were months back ordered I learned my lesson, would not recommend.

Thank you everyone!

Now I'm planning to do rims as:
Front: 19*10ET35
Rear: 19*11ET50

But the Michelin Pilot sport 4s only offers:
Front: 285/30/19 or 285/35/19
Rear: 305/30/19

The stock tires are square: 235/50/18

Apparently if I can do a setup of both 35 ratio would be great but Michelin doesn't offer for the 305s.

Compare to 235/50/18:
285/30/19: Diameter difference: -1.52" (-5.91%)
285/35/19: Diameter difference: -0.4" (-1.48%)

If I chose the 30, the diameter difference would be bigger than expected; if I chose the 35, the rear would sit lower. Diameter difference: -0.65" (-2.48%), 285/35/19 to 305/30/19.

Should do 30 or 35 in the front?

Thank you guys!

I have a +38 offset with a 315. With a +35 & 305 you’re still going to get poke. It won’t sit flush. You might end up about the same as mine because of the offset .
