On mine switch 3 and 5 are in the on position.I will make this easy so he does not have to take his tamper proof sticker off,my first red knob adjustment is set just a hair before 2.5 volts and the second is about where his is at now.The second one would make his voltage set to 17 volts on the 18 volt setting. The first one the ramp in,meaning the voltage will start to ramp in at half throttle and be at max by full throttle.I will send a pjc of mine when i get home.

Juzt my opnion but i dont think he needs to run his pump at close to 22 volts with the conservative tune and boost he is running.Just my opnion.Im on 17 voltz and greg told me i have plenty of room left.

So I'm trying to interpret his current settings. Sounds like he's set to trigger to 22V on any voltage input right now? Am I reading that right? If so he shouldn't be lean if the BAP is actually working.

I recieved some info back from PC tuning dept. He said the BAP output is set correctly and that the voltage is not used, so that does not matter.

Also sent him the log and he said it may not be going into power enrich, which would be a first for him to see. He sent another tune for me to try. Praying for some good weather so I can do a test drive/log.

ProChargerTECH. Do you have any suggestions on the last page and a half of this discussion. My Cat temp, the AFR values at full throttle and if it might all be a trend meaning something? Thanks.

How could u have a bap and not have an increase in voltage?Unless he is saying it is time enabled instead of voltage enabled which it loooks like with those settings. But in the end u are raising the amount of voltage going to the fuelpump, just depends on if your going to use time or voltage to start ramp in.

I use the pedal switch 2.4 on the dial ... Set at 18 volts setting ..I had my tuner look at it and he said it was set where it needed to be ...I will be removing my BAP as soon as I install my Sai Li fuel return system for e85 ... He said the Bap will not be needed ..

Yep sounds like we are set about the same.I might go with a fuel system too next year but its a hard decision.E85 makes hugh power but where i am at its not easily acessable.I use race fuel now but so damm expensive and still dont get the power gains of corn lol.I just finished up my clutch and thats it for this season, wallet is on E.

For the LOVE of all things HOLY, do NOT run them in the 22v position.

We spent time on the flow bench, with the pumps, and they flow LESSSSS on 22v
Then the setting we tell you to use (which is 18v)

The stock pump, in stock basket actually cavitates, and has LESS flow past 18.5v.
If you run them in the 22v condition you might as well take the BAP off, because you have the same flow as stock up top.

This is a classic case of "more isn't always better"

1) I'll have to double-check this, but I am pretty sure Cat temp is calculated, so no reason to compare logs, since many factors can change that reading. (kinda like the dashboard boost readings, also calculated and vary widely)

2) Your car seems to have an issue going into power enrichment, I believe the another tuner here was working with you to resolve.

3) Sorry for the delay, I was out of town at PRI. So if you don't reach me within a few hours, just email the tuning department, since there are a good number of guys to handle that. :)....

What are the ProCharger recommended factory settings for the JMS BAP? I think some people are wondering if theirs aren't right and having them published here may help alleviate their concerns. Mine is running great, but others are clearly trying to figure out what it should be set to.

I don't remember seeing any instructions on how to adjust this. It seems that there is a sticker on the device that says not to mess with it??

We set them before they leave.
Then place the sticker on them that says "don't mess with it" LOL.
The image the other guy posted of them all on the OFF position is correct.

You shouldn't be adjusting it, hence why it says "Do NOT adjust on the sticker" :) ....no matter what any other post on here says. (Since they all run different set ups.

Oh yea I'm for sure not suggesting people adjust anything :). What about the two pots on it, are they set right in his pic? I just figured people are ignoring your sticker and now need to go back to how it was :D. I did not ignore it.

We don't run a pedal switch.
We use a HOBBS switch off boost. (ground trigger)
Just to clear that confusion up.
