Take some rope and run it around the pulleys like the belt. Have someone hold the tensioner then mark the rope. Take the rope out lay it straight and measure it

I would do this and see if it matches what Procharger tells you. Make sure you pull the string tight and you use the same "rib channel" on all drive pulleys to get the absolute correct measurement.Take some rope and run it around the pulleys like the belt. Unfortunately that’s the problem with this setup, no additional tensioner relys solely on the Oem tensioner. I’m actually surprised how “simple” this setup is compared to other kits without multiple idlers and/or tensioners added.Understood, and that’s SUPPOSED to be the beauty of their additional tensioner…because it has more range, to allow more pulley sizes without belt swapping![]()
Was your tune the one from procharger or was it Lund? His is Lund tunedAfter you get it going you should data log or at least watch for knock. My procharger tune had a lot of knock. Just keep a eye on it for awhile
