For these reasons & engine oil sludge ?
Running a tank of 93 won't stop the sludge buildup. What you need to do is drive 25 to 30 miles everytime you fire up the engine. The oil has to get to normal operating temp 200 to 220 degrees. If you do this it won't sludge.

Ford recommends on the flex fuel vehicles to run a tank of gas every so often to lube the pump and injectors. Every 3 or 4 tanks add some lube like I linked to and fully warm it up 90% of the time and don't worry about it.

There is a member on here, whom I met a couple of months ago down here in FL. He had just bought a 2021 GT FBO car with a Calimer transmission in it. He thought he was having trouble with the tranny and asked me to take a look at it. Right away, I noticed he was flashed for E85, but he was running 93 in the tank. He did have a check engine light on, but the car drove fine. Unbeknownst to him, the previous owner sold the car with the E85 tune loaded. When I last heard from him, he told me that he had put E85 in the tank and the car was running good. He did drive the car on the interstate to get to my house.

the ECU will still target the commanded lambda so won't run rich but might toss a wrench light
That’s worse 🤣 I never wanna see that wrench ever again.

Do you only drive your car 5 min at a time or something? That dude explains the extreme scenario where someone drove like 1 mile 2x a day for an extended amount of time.

Well I drive my car on weekends and before even moving it I warm it up until the dash board reads “normal” under temp and that’s usually 180’s then i drive it for at least 20 -30 miles twice a week. I have Mobil 1 full synthetic I plan on changing it when it hits 3k miles.
what are your thoughts on leaving the e85 pulley for a tank of 93 then switching back ?

Honestly I wouldn't bother running 93 if you warm it up like you say. If you are worried about the pump and injectors just get some lube designed for alcohol fuel. Add a few oz's every 3 tanks or so.

You are over thinking this.

Most likely it will turn on a check engine light and the code will be fuel trims out of range.

The video that guy made is whack. Common. I run e85 all summer and change my oil frequently. I don't see any of that inside my engine. I have a boroscope. Also, I highly doubt the 22psi. I'm 10:1 and at 16ish psi it's 1k wheel on a dynojet sae.

Boost at about 21 for me sounds about right.
I watched two p1X E85 cars on YouTube both have the 3.7 pulley and they were 12:1 compression gen 3. Both made about 900Whp. I have a 9.5 compression and a 3.5 pulley. I’m sure I can make more power with a better tune tho I think Lund tuned it too safe. My torque numbers is abt the same as them tho 635 I wonder why 🤔
I do have long tubes 1 7/8 , no cats , cat backs, gen 3 ported manifold.

Also what I gather from the comments both were at abt 16psi

I've been looking too. Seems the 3.7 pulley is good for 10 psi or 24 manifold pressure. atmosphere + 10

Would be nice if procharger tech would chime in

Max boost on P1X is 32psi & max HP is 950 don’t know if that WHP or not. I’ve seen many in the 900WHP range.

that's more "the max psi Procharger will warranty the unit at" or something, not how much those blowers would make on a Coyote

any chance you have a smaller/restrictive intercooler (base kit perhaps) and that is choking the inlet? Any idea where they are measuring boost?

I have the stage 2 and MAF is in the pipe this is my 93 tune. Everything was professionally installed at Brenspeed in Indiana they even broke my motor in for me and used their dyno to get it tuned by Lund remotely it’s hard to believe that they won’t know how much psi the car is running lol
