Btw…..a shitty tuner can probably make low power and high boost by swinging cams at shitty angles on top of selling you a shitty motor
Ouch...

looks like its tuned by Lund.

I have the stage 2 and MAF is in the pipe this is my 93 tune. Everything was professionally installed at Brenspeed in Indiana they even broke my motor in for me and used their dyno to get it tuned by Lund remotely it’s hard to believe that they won’t know how much psi the car is running lol

Idk how this went 6 pages. If your tuner gave you a 93 tune then put the damn tune in it. Just drive the car. Why are we scared to just drive the car even if it has a damn aggressive pulley?? Don’t go wot and you can enjoy your car during winter on 93. How is it 2023 and we still don’t know that you can run whatever pulley you want…if it’s not making boost then it isn’t a risk to the motor!

*walks out*

My shitty tuner didn’t sell me my motor… If this discussion irks you, feel free to move on. No one here was coerced; participants willingly shared their insights. Perhaps consider anger management.

*shuts door stay the hell out* 🤣

Yeah , I know he’s no good but I was in a situation where other tuners weren’t able to tune my car without my stock tune. I’ll get a better tune but the car is running perfectly fine.

Never said Lund wasn't good. I'm tuned by Lund. Don't think you'll get a better tune elsewhere. Would be a waste of money.

Well if it’s tuned by Lund then something is definitely wrong with that boost reading. I don’t see anywhere near 20psi on my p1x, load the 93 tune and stay off the gas

I talked to a pro charger tech over the phone earlier, I told him what my mod location. He said it sounds right there’s no issues. I’m lower compression 9.5

Sounds like he might not know much.
I have seen the 3.7 pulley on two Mustangs give 16psi. Mine is a 3.5. so you are saying that Bren speed is wrong the dyno is wrong and the Procharger tech is wrong? That’s hard to believe at this point lol.

My question is why do you want to run a tank or 2 of 93?

It will not solve any sludging problems which I doubt you have anyway. Since you always warm it up fully.

The only reason for a tank of 93 in your case would be for lubricating the fuel pumps and injectors. This is easily done with a lube designed for ethanol.

If you just want to drive it in the winter it should run on E85 even in 0 degree weather. Just might take a bit more cranking to start. Although I'm sure any E85 you buy in Mi will be E50 this time of year, so I wouldn't beat on it.

I mean…the root of the problem is that you think you have to run 93. I’ve been strictly e85 for 4 years now and put about 5000 miles a year. My oil analysis is perfect.

you must’ve been referring to this messages in our messages. I test my E85 per fill up and it is always over 70. Otherwise I wouldn’t use it. And yes I wanted to clean out the system. Also last night I drove it for about 30 miles total both street and freeway driving and it’s 36 degrees it didn’t go over 195 I hope that’s warm enough. I’m gonna order that lube thanks.

That’s good to hear. How about your injectors & spark plugs are they fine this whole time ? Also I’m gonna order a horoscope Amazon has them pretty cheap. Good tool to have in my garage.
