Going with a rebuilt Stage 2 MT82.

Welded Forks, Brass shift pads. Rem Polished, Cryo Treated, and Rolled edged gears. Supposed to hold 1000rwhp.

Tranny died right after I absolutely destroyed a whipple 2.9 2015 5.0 in a roll race :D

In other news, I also ordered the FRPP Aluminator short block. Bring on the F1.

Who supplied that, or the parts?

I am talking with Terry now on a F1 replacement for next year's progress.

Hows the price stack up against $3750 for a magnum xl?

That price is nowhere near accurate for what you. Need to get the magnum to work. It's closer to $6000 before shipping.

You'll need a new driveshaft, clutch, flywheel, shifter, speedo box.

Nothing from your mt82 swaps over.

The $2300 price includes replacing what I broke in my MT82. If you supply a well working MT82, the stage 2 upgrade is like $1800.

The 11-14 block will work with our cars no issue, essentially the same thing. It's Mahle pistons, manley h beams, arp2000 hardware, same crank as ours. Just put your 2015 heads/cams/valvetrain on and away you go.

I'm going to use the 11:1 short block since I'm sticking with E85.

make the big power with the blower first since youre already on that path. you have plenty of time to switch to turbos when those options expand down the road
