LOLOL Look im not trying to argue with you guys but Ford has dropped the ball on so many things here.

Now you say and show info that its NOT going to be Dual injected......

Ill just add that to the list of things this car isnt..... Haha!

Who wants a 80K "halo" car with headlights off a 2015 ecoboost and that would get absolutely destroyed by a gen3 with a whipple for a fraction of the price? Plus itd have the refreshed front end and lcd dash option. I also think Ford is dropping the ball not offering the LCD dash package on the GT350s too.

People want full loaded optioned to the max cara and its funny they dont offer that for the GT350 but you can get it on a new 4 cylinder ecoboost.

I get it the GT500 is supposed to be a track car not a quarter mile car but how often do people track them?

We all love raw big hp cars that haul ass thats exactly why the dodges are still selling well.

As I keep saying the GT500 will set benchmarks in NOTHING.

From day 1 it hits the dealers its already going to be a refresh cycle behind cosmetically too.

The GT500 program as a whole has been a mess for far to long now its scrambling to play catch up.

I hope youre wrong.

I really really reallly hope it does NOT use the 2015 headlights thats embarassing for a halo car.

That blue cars front end is ugly too with the black bumper between the upper and lower grills

What do you hope I am wrong about??

By the way, the 2015-2017 headlights/front ends look better then the 2018-2019.

The 2018-2019 mustang front end does look pretty good in person. Just not quite as good.

Ford GT sucks??

DSSV are amazing technology. They can be very versatile, they’re on the ZR2 too.

Unique and new solutions to problems are only good if they work. If the car is still slow but had neat carbon coil springs, is that better? It’s more expensive just to say it has these pieces. Yes, it’s possible the 500 will have carbon composite coils.
The GT is a special case. It has a unique and complicated suspension design. I do think DSSV is ok, but it certainly isn't as flexible as some other options.

From what I decipher, those are ALL ported.

That changes everything. Stock for stock (like on a GT500) the stock voodoo head flows better. Unless you can prove otherwise.

The other thing that’s odd is that he measured everything at a bore size of 92.2mm. The 18+ heads have a 93mm bore and the voodoo has a 94mm. Something is fishy there and not correct.

I doubt the 18s flow more than factory CNC GT350s heads.

They dont work on a 2018 anyways but still this is typical vendor bullshit unless its STOCK vs STOCK I could care less.

Then to go one step further lets see STOCK vs. Ported of SAME head.

Pissed me off when Vendors say "custom" spec cams or "ported heads" whoopdie do whats the real before and after numbers or before and after gains?

making HP isnt a guess its Math. LOL

The ZL1 1LE is a good car, don't get me wrong, but it's just another supercharged V8 with super stiff springs, shocks and some aero. There's nothing unique or surprising about it.
I think we all know that I defend the Camaro to the hills in terms of CAPABILITY but desirability, I will always admit it's rather cookie cutter. It's definitely an instrument of function for sure. But that's about where it ends. A lot of vehicles from GM feel like that. They're damn good at what they do but do they tickle the pickle? Eh, here and there sure. But the saturation of the LS/Gen 2 LT lineup is entirely way too prevelant. If the C7 Grand Sport had a 550 horsepower high revving "LT2" or something like that with a snarlier cam profile and slightly reworked heads and intake...oh my.

Basically the main reason I bought a GT350 instead of a GS Corvette - the engine in the 'vette is good, but just a little too boring in my opinion.
