Do you run spacers up front though ?Can you run PP2 tires on your PP1 wheels? No, they’re far too wide.
can you mount up wider wheels and run PP2 305 tires on your PP1 car- why yes, yes you can.
If you want to run square and rotate wheels, then spacers are part of the equation, yes. Many of us that run 11" wheels and 305 tires are doing it for track or autox and so square rotatable wheels help us even out tire wear. If you don't care about rotating then you don't have to run spacers up front, you just need to get a wheel with the right offset. Extended studs allow you to run slip on spacers which are completely reliable. Bolt on spacers are not.Do you run spacers up front though ?
I know about the track but I was looking to go 19x10 with 285/35 instead which will be easy rotatable without spacers with ET35. Didn't know about the APEX ET26 however this mean that they will not fit in the rear so truly square is not possible as well.19x11 ET52 fits the rear well and becomes a ET27 when combined with a 25mm spacer to fit the front. Apex Wheels (for one) sells a 19x11 ET26 that fits the stock wheel studs w/o spacers. You can go either way.
You will need more than stock camber tho to run 305s (camber plates are recommended).
Between this post and the title of the thread, I'm not sure if you're talking about wheels or tires.Just want to know if this is possible. I have a 19 GT PP1. can I run the pp2 wheel size on my pp1 wheels..?

As @NightmareMoon said, can you fit PP2 wheels on a PP1 car: yes. Can a 305 tire fit on a 9" wheel: hell no
Constructive criticism: proof read what you type before you hit send. Makes it easier on everyone
What's funny is my mind automatically read tires since that is what I believe he intended. I didn't even notice he asked about PP2 wheels fitting on PP1 wheels.Between this post and the title of the thread, I'm not sure if you're talking about wheels or tires.

You can absolutely fit wheels on wheels. If at first it doesn't seem like it'll work, just try hard.......just infinitely try harder. Haha! What's funny is my mind automatically read tires since that is what I believe he intended. I didn't even notice he asked about PP2 wheels fitting on PP1 wheels.
