Please define 'highway' speeds...55-60...75-80?
70 - 85. I've only been highway bound once and that was a trip from Cincy to Columbus and back. That was my average mileage on the interstate, for both segments. (I had rest it it once I arrived, and did it a second time on the way back.) It was 26.3 on the way up there and 27 something on the way back home. That's by far the biggest benefits of the 3.15 gearing on the auto.

Filled up this morning. 377 miles on this tank = 13.970 gallons. So pretty much 27 mpg hand calculated. Trip computer said 28.3.

Shockingly good if you knew how many times I nailed it over the last few days.

I almost get better gas mileage on my GT than I do on my Edge Sport! I get approx. 275 miles to the tank on my GT (premium gas), and 300 miles to the tank (reg gas) on my Edge with a 20 gallon tank! Blah! That's what I get for getting the Sport. My buddies Edge SE gets around 450-475 miles to the tank.

I'm at almost 1k on the mileage. I've been averaging 14.5-15mpg on a GT PP manual. I could definitely drive more economically though.

Going by the computer, I've averaged 22mpg over the 1000 miles I've had the car

EcoBoost Premium with PP and 6 speed manual

I've only been filling up with 92 and I fill when it's around 1/4 or in between 1/4 and empty. Hoping to get about 25 on average or the factory average estimates of 26. I do about 80% highway and 20% city but God forbid I get stuck in our famous honolulu traffic..

Btw, we're 3rd in the nation for bad traffic (congrats LA on making #1!!!)

16.7, 17.8, 18.6 with the 3 parade laps at Texas world speedway, currently 21.9 headed downward very shortly. lol. Only at 850 miles so and really it want be at it's best until 3,000 miles sometime next year. 150 miles till oil change. And yes I hope to get a tank in at 8MPG this year.

My calculated MPG is about 1.5 lower than this. The trip computer doesn't count time you spend with the engine running on remote start, and since I normally had the car remote-started for about ten minutes a day every day all winter, that cut into mileage significantly.
