7 day trip to Riviera Maya and paying down debts with the rest. Already put 1500 into the car for my winter tire setup so the girl (car) isn't getting any love outta this lump sum.
lolz at every single time anyone mentions a tax refund the soap box has to come out with the self-righteous "you...
As long as the liable party's insurance is handling the repairs, you can most definitely make a claim for diminished value, especially on a brand new car.
When I used to be a claims adjuster, the thing that worked most often is the party that was damaged would get trade in value from a couple...
The chrome pieces were what swayed me away from a 50th that had every other option I wanted. As a result, I don't have navigation but everything else I wanted.

Man, seeing those photos hurt me right in the feels. Looks so much like my ride, the empathy is strong. Great no injuries, :( on the whip. Good on you for being realistic and recognizing what ACV is.
I'll weigh in since I've had the Max 2 for about 4 months. I friggin love this detector. It's definitely saved me from about 8-10 for sure tickets since I've owned it. I haven't been pulled over once *knocks on wood* since I've bought this car and had the detector. I have in fact been...
This has been pretty much my take on it as well. I've seen a handful of non-GTs but only one other GT PP and it was white on 270SB near 55. I rolled up on him with a friendly head nod and proceeded down the highway. He appeared to be friendly in return and just as shocked to see another GT PP...
Yessir, after doing the pre-purchase homework on the S5, I just couldn't go through with it. There were quite a few things but having to have the carbon build-up cleaned out every 10k miles or so as "expected maintenance" sealed the deal that I wouldn't be buying one. Especially at around $800...
Hell yeah, thanks for sharing the vid. I wish I would have thought to have someone video my burnout I left leaving my weekly hockey game a couple weeks ago. Each week I see my long stripes I left on the pavement (didn't use line lock) that drift back and forth from the back end sliding a bit.
I was very seriously considering buying a couple year old S5 before I changed gears and decided to buy the stang. I wasn't even looking down the pony road until I got disheartened by maintenance costs with the Audi and I then saw all the changes for this generation 5.0. Needless to say, I was...
I have this setup as well with the black tips.
The exhaust is considerably louder than what I was expecting, especially at WOT. There's a pretty good raspiness that I wasn't expecting as well.
With that said, I still very much like the sound. Under light to moderate throttle, it has a...
Yep, I've had complaints about this as well. On cooler days, it seems to work just fine. Also if I have the AC on real low, it seems to work better. Most of the time though, I just want to have the windows down on a hot day and have the seats cooled so I don't have to use the full AC.
Agree with the clutch assist spring removal. Once I ditched that, I had no qualms about the clutch. I initially was not stoked about the feel of the clutch at all prior to removing the spring.
I also have the rattle that seems to be coming from top left of steering wheel. Mine seems to go away by either pressing down on the dash or by placing pressure on the tach gauge. I was thinking some padded tape would do the trick but I haven't gotten to it yet. It's the only rattle I've...
