Yeah, it's tough for me to complain about mpg when I'm grinning from ear to ear like this. I expect my mileage to drop off a bit come Springtime lol.Normal mostly city spirited driving for the last 2000 miles I've averaged 20 miles per gallon. Just took a 300 mile trip all highway cruising at 80. Averaged 25 mpg. Not as good as I'd hoped but still content based on the power of the car.
Just an observation but it seems that the best highway speed for mileage is around 70 MPH, you get up around 80 MPH and it starts to drop off.700 or so mile driven thus far, best I've had is 23.5 going 80 on highway. I expect it to get a bit better once i finalize break in and engine gets a good 2k or so.

On my non-PP GT, the best highway speed for mileage is 60 mph. That's running at about 1400 rpm in 6th gear with the 3.15 rear axle. I've seen instantaneous mileage get up above 30 mpg.Just an observation but it seems that the best highway speed for mileage is around 70 MPH, you get up around 80 MPH and it starts to drop off.
At least in a PP GT.
lower the car and you will get 1-2 mpg better700 or so mile driven thus far, best I've had is 23.5 going 80 on highway. I expect it to get a bit better once i finalize break in and engine gets a good 2k or so.
