Without tuning there's nothing you can really do. The car is naturally poppy when the engine is cold and mostly running on port injection. Once it warms up though its not really.

I had the resonators removed from mine and the pops and crackles are glorious. I realize I have a different engine, but removing the resonators made a big difference.
It now sounds like this:

If that is too much pop and crackle, keep the resonators. I'm sure someone will chime in who has removed the resonators on the 5.0 torque monster Coyote.

You may want to look at Roush. I have the non-active performance exhaust which comes with baffle plates on the inside pipes. I removed them and the pops began. Not a ton, mainly letting off the throttle entirely from high RPM. But I like it. Everything is stock from the axles forward, including stock resonators. So I can't say what it would be like for you with an H-Pipe. Probably just louder, but not sure.

I have only heard my exhaust (hpipe) pop once at a cold start but that’s it so I’m wondering if maybe the steed axle backs will help or not

My Borlas only pop/crackle if the weather allows it. Humidity levels, outside temps, etc..
Some days I'll get some other days none.

When it comes to pops, the best way to make it happen is exhaust + tune. The factory exhaust comes with a handful of different baffles throughout to help quell some of the overly gnarly aspects (like drone). Aftermarket exhaust systems will help get more pops but tuning can make it snap-crackle, pop like crazy.

I asked this question for the same reason. A tuner *should* be able to identify the parameters responsible fo it in the Bullit tune and copy/paste them for a GT.

I reckon most aftermarket popcorn tune are just flat out obnoxious.

Well it's gonna be either all of the time or none of the time. Stock tune/tuned you need a single/dual chamber muffler with NO packing. Personally I can't stand rice krispy tunes haha.

My Steeda H-pipe, axle-backs and 6 speed snap, crackle and pop every time I lift off the accelerator.

My Corsa Extreme cat backs pop and crackle anytime I want them to. Put it in Sport mode or use the paddle shifters.A hard downshift is glorious. Also Lund Tuned.
