Thanks for the feedback.....I'm leaning for the PP, even though I really don't like the black wheels that much. Wonder if the older 302 Boss wheels will clear the brakes?

Are the PP gearbox ratios the same as the previous generation? I have the 3.73's in my '11 and like them, but wouldn't want any higher revs on the highway (plus 1st is very short as it is)

3.73 for PP, 3.55 without on GT

Do what I'm doing, use the black wheels for your Winter setup and get what you want for the summer months.

Hey I ordered those wheels for my 15, whenever it comes in. I ordered an EcoBoost Premium with the PP. According to tirerack.com, those wheels are compatible with the EB PP, meaning they should clear the brakes.

Performance pack is too stiff and bouncy especially on non even non smooth roads. I m fine with it but the passengers might think otherwise. Other than that its an amazing deal with every extra thing you get. For a manual gt its a steal.

This would be BIG news if they fit a '15 PP GT, since they're one of my favorite late S197 wheels.....

I'm getting the PP so I won't be tempted to mess with it. I feel like trying to go old man status with this car and leave it completely stock. That may change when the warranty is up be definitely not until then. Of course I don't consider tint and a catback as messing with the car, I will do that immediately.

The value for upgrade is incredible as well. If you included the cost of labor, I could see it costing easily over $10k to do all of the pp upgrades to a regular gt.

those boss 302s wheels come up as an option for GTPP cars when you try to configure a winter wheel setup on their site.

Brembos are a bit over kill on a street car, plus when it comes time to replace pads, rotors. They cost more than regular brakes. Also, caliper might seize up one day, how much are Brembo calipers again?? Anyone price out 19" summer tires?
Agree with most of your points, but 19" summer tires aren't really that expensive. You can get a full set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports in stock size for less than $1,100.

There are two main negatives to the PP. The first is that it's summer only rims and tires, low profile tires, and you either have to get a wheel and tire package for the winter or you have to garage it.

The second is that it uses more gasoline.

As a practical matter, most people will not actually need it, though it sure is neat.

(A third is not a main reason, but it does cost more.

A fourth is not a main reason, but it does weigh a little more.)

And it only comes with a manual transmission.
