Check out this thread: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42324Anyone have a video of their Paxton car? I am ordering the kit tomorrow from Terry as he has been awesome to deal with!
yep, great thread and times for low boostCheck out this thread: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42324
There is a youtube video in there and if you check out his channel, he has more.
How often does the back & forth have to happen? And for how long typically? I am assuming this is a less efficient approach that just taking the car to a performance shop.we send you a base file for startup,
and then datalog back and forth with you til the tune is perfected.
I was just imagining having to gather datalog and email back & forth a number of times to tighten up the tune, rather than just dyno.usually pretty quick, once your in the que,
as far as less efficient, i would disagree. lund will have probably 10-500 times the amount of experience than any performance shop you take the car too
in addition, you are getting a real world tune on the car
however, we can remote tune on a dyno as well
we do several remote tunes a week, just about every week for the last 4-5 yearsI was just imagining having to gather datalog and email back & forth a number of times to tighten up the tune, rather than just dyno.
Do a lot of people take this approach? Bolt on, and then remote tune?
Also, can the PD S/C be done the same way?
This was from Lund? That's pretty beast. My Paxton base kit ran 10.7@130 on 3.8" pulley with stock car besides Corsa sport and tires lol
