It's the tuning - you don't need a new manifold to get the surging under control, though there are people that have swapped to the boss or 11-14 intake.

i think we spoke about this earlier on the phone today, it's in the tune, manifold will change nothing

if your tuner doesn't have alot of luck, we can do a custom lund remote tune with you

Yeah it is 100% in the tune, and I know Lund can fix it.

You'll get surging around 3/4 throttle, there is no way around it. Learn to drive around it. I wouldn't be going into part throttle boost anyways as it can be bad for your bottom end

Mine happens at 1/2 throttle. My local tuner tune i have i dont have this problem. The surging is because when you press the gas the cars computer is asking for a certain amount of torque and the car is making more so it tries to cut the throttle pedal back. I was just looking at my thottle command desired and actual an they dont match up when it starts to surge. It is in the tune.

You cam have your throttle settings less aggressive like stock. But takes a lot of fun out of it

My Lund remote tune ProCharger car did it on my manual 2015 car, and the 2016 Auto car also does it. They were unable to fix it on either car. They also blamed the surge valve. So going Lund remote tune won't fix the problem. Save your money. I do believe that a competent tuner could fix it in person with enough time.
