I have a 2018 mustang gt. I wanted smoked euro taillights and since the passenger side wasn’t working properly I might as well bought them and I just finished replacing them. The problem is that didn’t fix anything, the same bulb won’t blink when breaking or using blinkers/hazards. Since I had this issue even with the old taillights the dash blinker makes a different clicking noise. That’s how I noticed it stopped working.
Is there a fuse that might be out? My front headlights blinkers work perfectly. Also when I unlock the car all of the bulbs turn on just fine. When I lock it again the same bulb doesn’t turn on anymore.

That passenger tail light really wants to be a Saleen. :giggle:

Not sure if this is a fuse or a wiring problem.
It might be a bad link in the wiring that matches up with the tail light plug.

I would assume the fuse controls the whole taillight so probably not the fuse. But worth a check.

Check the plug on the harness coming from the car and see if there’s a loose connection or any damage to any of the wires. My guess is the wire in the harness that powers that innermost lamp is either loose or damaged.

Hahaha yeah maybe it does. Anyway it might be the harness coming from the car since the taillight came with a new harness. But honestly it’s a mess all the wires are taped up with black tape. It’s a bit frustrating but I need suggestions to keep trying to identify what the** is going on here.

Yeah I guess I will have to mess with those wires now.
