taillight issue

Hoping I can get some suggestions on what to do next. Here is what I’ve done so far - Replaced Body control module B. - Reprogrammed on Forscan - Checked all fuses - Switched back to factory tail lights - Battery reset Problem persists. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
