Parts Backordered?

Curious what parts are needed for the panel adjustment.
I haven’t done mine yet and understand no “parts” are needed. Just loosen bolts, adjust then retighten.

Tons of easy to find parts on backorder, from dealership and even other platforms. When deciding to get an Aluminator or custom build my motor, my tuner advised that going the building route will be a very long process as parts are are hard to get, along with a backlog of machining

Ask the dealer if you can bring in your own parts to speed it along. Most dealers these days don't have enough mechanics to do more than an oil change, so they blame it on parts when they don't have time.

Following two parts to be specific.

• Radiator Support Tie Bar (FR3Z8A284D)
• Engine Cradle (KR3Z5C145A)

I ended up sourcing the cradle on eBay and my body shop purchased it directly. Got my car back 3 months ago.

I think Bulldogs was thinking repair. At least until you can get a replacement.

If this helps anyone, I was told 2-3 weeks for small block, flywheel and clutch.

It's been 1 week since they told me this. I hope I don't have to wait months.. I only drove the car for 3 weeks before it started acting up.

FWIW, parts.ford shows up to 15 days to fulfill (not backordered).

U havent lived til u repair one after crashing it…it too, me 5 months to get a rear bumper, and then the fender inserts are non existent even with engineering numbers…..i had to get one off ebay…..

if i ever crash my 350 again on track, im just going to take the drivetrain and do a restomod
