Painted PP1/PP2 calipers

Does any one offer prepainted PP1/PP2 calipers? I tried searching but nothing came up. I was going to take off the originals before painting but then I thought why not just swap on a set that is already painted.

Ford sells the bullit calipers. They are already red.

I know that, but I would imaging they want your first born for them. I was thinking something along the lines of a replacement caliper with a small upcharge for having them painted.

Just paint them yourself, its actually quite easy and multiple "high heat" quick dry colors are availble. Here is a picture of mine (not PP 6 pistons, just the regular 4 piston Brembo's on my 19 GT), I chose classic Ford engine block blue.

Only problem with them is that they're not Brembos... They're made by Continental if I recall correctly...

But I understand people's infatuation with brands and logos... M badges on regular BWMs, things like that...

Check the price. If you want red KR3Z-2B121-A and KR3Z-2B121-A. About $280 each if you don't want to send you calipers in for the core charge.

I was hoping to have a set ready to go so I can just swap them out. I don't want to have my car down for a few days while I'm painting the calipers.

My car was "down" for only 2 hours..... this paint dries quickly (meant to paint engine blocks, and manifolds, etc.)... but, I understand what you're saying...

How did you get the brembo logo back on after you painted them ?

So true.... I actually got mine from a parts dealer that sells Brembo brake kits, etc. Pretty cheap (under $10).

I got the Bullitt calipers because it went with the color scheme I was going with. And I personally don’t think you can beat Brembo calipers in their classic red
