What kind of prep work is needed for doing the G2 kit? I have a magnetic car and I'm going to go blue calipers.

Same prep work as any paint, really. Scuff the calipers thoroughly (3M red ScotchBrite pads work well), clean with degreaser and go over it with a tack-rag (if you don't have one, they're cheap and well worth it) and you're ready to go. I would suggest taping off rotors, bolts, etc. if you aren't removing the caliper from the car. Spraying the G2 will give an even nicer look, but it is self-leveling so brushing works well, too.

How much did it cost to get power coated??
$270 including take down, rebuild, and the rear covers. Only thing I did was take the calipers off, drain them, and remove the pads/pins.
