How are you doing the 2 tone in the recesses. Are you taping, hand painting, filling with grease?

I blue taped mine. Used an exacto knife to cut the shape of the letters. I taped those off first then, sprayed the black. I waited until that dried completely then used the outlines of the letters and sprayed the letters the red. I used a q-tip to fix any small imperfections.

My prices are more then reasonable. Like the one I did You paint the whole cover then put 3 coats of clear on sand smooth then mask of and paint the indentations and use an air brush on the lettering. Remove tape clean any edges that need cleaned up and then another 3 coats of clear will look wet as water

Heres a similar green combo I just finished

You're right, that paint is like glass and has Zero orange peel in it. Beautiful job!

By the way, what's more than reasonable, as far as pricing?

Sorry for the hijack!

If you don't mind me asking, what is the general price range of something like that from you? You're welcome to pm me it if you don't want to post it up.

I really like it. Especially for the engine bay. I'm just not sure what color I'd go with since I have the tri yellow?
Only thing is since I have Brembos up front I don't want to cover that up with paint and I don't think the lettering is raised.....

That is amazing! My god, you most be a professional painter. It's perfect I love the chrome and the high gloss. How did you do it?
