Scanner printout says replace fuel pump most likely solution but Ford replaced the fuel pump not even 2 years ago. What else could it be ? It's been very very cold temps and I'm on e85. I filled up full and it ran fine then the next morning it started up really sluggish and check engine light was on.

Could be a cracked intake manifold.

There are lots of reasons for P0300. I suppose a fuel pump could be one. But so can a vacuum leak or VVT problems or many, manyothers. I certainly wouldn't jump to replace a fuel pump based solely on an auto parts scan "diagnosis". I don't know how hard E85 is on pumps so maybe but I'd certainly want some other sort of verification.
If you don't have the tools/skill/knowledge/experience to do a more in depth diagnosis then I'd recommend finding a good local mechanic or, as a last resort, a dealer to look at it.

as ORRadtech said get help if you are not comfortable. But if you are I would suggest getting your own scanner with a live data function. Drive with it connecting and recording for a while and when you get the check engine light again review the sensor data. Something is out of order but not yet generating it's own code. Those can show up by spikes in the various sensor readings.
