It's not running rich, I still don't trust the tune.
Your fuel trims are good, at least in your picture.
What does your in dash AFR gauge say when idling?

I wouldn't run their tune. I don't think you will blow your engine but if they missed something big in your flex tune. I wonder if they missed something else.

There are a few threads about PBD going down hill as far as service. You might want to call @beefcake (Terry) he has a couple of good tuners.

Rather than a Flex tune, I have BAMA's E85 Race tune on my '22 GT. It pulls much harder than stock, from off idle to redline. That is a welcome improvement with the tall gearing in these D4 transmissions!
Extra spark timing right out of the gates. Had to do a revision to get the torque limit tables updated to prevent throwing P061A and P061B codes.

I test E content at every fill up. BAMA says the tune is safe down to 75%; others say 70% is fine. My stations have been consistently testing at 80%+. That's since early April so we'll see what the supply chain offers when the weather cools down this fall. Either way, I look forward to the cold weather power bump with lower IATs and lower DAs.
okay so I have literally the exact same setup as you, I have a 22 mustang gt and use bama performance for tuning and I just put a E85 tune and did all the steps correctly. Drained the fuel to 0 miles, tested the E85 % ( the one near my house tested in between 80%-85% ) and I let the car warm up after putting the tune and E85 in and drove it for 40 miles and didn’t even floor it just like half the gas and the car like jumped a lil and went into limp mode and said service engine light and turned off my active exhaust. You said you had some hiccups at first then they revised it and it solved everything was your first issues like mine or ? Also I already reached out to them and thankfully I was data logging while all of that happened and sent it out to them
P.S. I have Long tuber headers from BBK w no cats and a x pipe for the mid pipe and a corsa cold air intake

I switched to Shoemaker for my tunes a couple of months after I posted that reply in 2023. Never had any bucking issues or major light show like you described above. I made the switch because I got tired of my requests being ignored by Bama. Always had to follow-up multiple times to get them to take action. Their tunes came free when I purchased my SCT device, so no real loss.

In the end, I think of my issues with codes on the Bama E85 tune wete my fault. I had assumed that the MAF diameter on a 2022-23 with the carbon trap grid/sleeve in place was identical to the 2018-21 cars. It wasn't. I figured this out after purchasing a 2019 OEM airbox on eBay and taking some measurements. Turns out the diameters match if you remove the sleeve from the newer cars.

Here's a summary of that:

Ahhh I see and same here I got the SCT device and it came w free tunes for life and I thought it was an insane deal but it kinda makes sense now w how shitty their customer service is, I also have to reach out multiple times to get an answer from them. I really hope they fix my issues w this upcoming tune revision I’m most likely gonna switch to Lund for the E85 tune because I’m getting tired of bama

You won't like Lund either. Do a search here before you choose them.

Been great. Very reliable, to include with the radiator fan speed setpoints I requested to stay cooler in traffic. Pulls very hard for an n/a car. Neighbor has a modified 2013 335is N55 automatic 'vert and we're either neck and neck or I start to pull on him. I ask him how it would look if I had 20 lb of boost, too. šŸ˜‰

Truth is this incredible motor only needs 9 lb to beat nearly anything else stock...on a dyno. Let's not talk about traction.
