Sounds like you would like both, but can only choose one. Something's are best to have done at the factory.
Let's say you get the black accent package, and a year down the road you can afford a better sound system. That involves a lot of wiring/components and possibly some cutting and splicing (that if Ford found, could possibly void out any electrical warranty claims you make, IF you had one and IF they can prove it caused the reported issue). Getting the factory shaker will give you the right wiring and the right interior panels from the start.
Let's flip the scenario. You get the shaker setup from the factory and year later you can afford getting parts for the black accent package. There's after market options and OEM trades/take-offs to get you the mentionedces you want. Those pieces bolt, snap or stick on and aren't hard to apply. They also don't have the potential to void any type of warranty.
Personally, I believe the difficulty of adding a sound system as being exponentially more difficult than acquiring black accent package pieces and adding them as I want to. It's best it you can get both though.
(BTW...cause there's plenty of people out there who I know have the itch to comment....I know the likelihood of an electrical issue while in warranty is small but it's worth mentioning. I'm also not saying that the shaker system is amazing, and there's certainly better audio that can be produced)
