Have a two car garage that currently holds 0 cars. It's being used as storage for a life time of shit I don't use.

Sure I'll take that Honda outboard motor from 1982, I'll use it eventually. Broken down lawn mower...of course.

UK garages are for cars built in the 80's, the 1809's! The number of new builds I see with stupid small garages or double garages with two narrow doors, might as well not buy a house with garage and save the cash!
Having said that, I just fit the car into the rental house but it's close. Really close
