  1. Rebuilding my 2018 Mustang (totaled purchase shipped to NL)

I kind of dig the multi colors. You should paint the front bumper blue, so as people look at the car as you drive it, 1 side looks normal and the other side is well the pics above show. Reminds me of this, I wonder how many on this forum will remember this?
  2. Post pictures of your animals

You're obsessed with this dog, the last 6 post are all from you. And I look forward to seeing new post every day :like:
  3. MEME THREAD 2.0 - NO POLITICS OR ANYTHING YOU WOULDNT WANT YOUNG KIDS TO SEE [READ THE WARNING]

When I see things like this, I often think the people calling for the removal of all warning labels for a decade or so and letting Darwin cull the herd may actually be right!
  4. Subtle mods?

Probably not what you're looking for but these things are so convenient and only around $20.
  5. If something happened to your S550, would you replace with a Dark Horse?

I love my 16 GTPP in manual, it's my 2nd vehicle and has 85k on it now. If something did happen to it, OP you own the car I would try to find as a replacement (Mach 1) model.
  6. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Haven't done it yet, but going to this weekend. I noticed earlier in the week my turn signal light popped out and is just laying in the light housing. Hopefully I'll be able to get to it through the wheel well and not have to take the bumper off. I have one of these so I'm optimistic
  7. Heel toe - what pedals

Yes on gas pedal, removed the rubber covers on brake and clutch before attaching.
  8. Accident - Insurance Claim Help

While I'm not a big fan of this tactic, I'll throw it out there for consideration. Have you considered shaming the insurance company online? You could also search Linkedin and see if any executives have profiles that you could message. I manage a Customer Service department for my company and...
  9. MEME THREAD 2.0 - NO POLITICS OR ANYTHING YOU WOULDNT WANT YOUNG KIDS TO SEE [READ THE WARNING]

LOL, Mel's Hot Dogs is pretty popular in the Tampa Bay area. They opened in 1973 and are not far from Busch Gardens and USF. I've seen that car running around before. https://melshotdogs.com/
  10. Is there a "dangerous" inlet air temp for these cars when idling?

You get use to it, and every where is air conditioned. Plus I'm skinny and bald so lots of heat escapes my body LOL
  11. Is there a "dangerous" inlet air temp for these cars when idling?

OPs location is Canada, he's probably melting right now. I chuckled at this too from sunny Tampa Bay where it is currently 85, which is pretty mild for July.
  12. My visit to a famous (or infamous) detailing shop!

I took a bunch of pictures too. Here are a couple.
  13. My visit to a famous (or infamous) detailing shop!

I too was at the Metallica concert in Tampa on Friday. A group of friends had tickets and 1 backed out, so I scooped it up. I'm not a big fan but very happy I picked the ticket up, it was an amazing concert. 1 of the friends bought tickets for Friday and Sunday and he sent me an article this...
  14. No, I don’t “Pet” my Mustang..

Here's a better idea, get her a gift card to go shoe shopping when you want to spend some quality time with your "side chick". I'd say give her your credit card but don't know what your limit is and that could be opening a different can of worms LOL.
  15. Do I need camber plates/bolts for 1.2” drop

I didn't say I didn't believe you, I only made statements about my experience. You're the one that decided to argue about my experience and feedback. I'm happy for you that you can get your rear aligned without the kit. I couldn't and bought a $60 kit that accomplished my goal. I stated this...
  16. Do I need camber plates/bolts for 1.2” drop

I have the 3 printout, the 1st after lowering before aligning (springs were done in my garage), the 2nd after aligning slightly out of spec in both the front and rear, granted the rears were closer than the front. Then the 3rd with the plates and kit within spec. I'm buying 2 sets of rear tires...
  17. Moving

You left out the most amusing part, they have a life span of 2 to 3 days which is why you always see them flying in pairs, as they are constantly mating :cwl:
  18. Do I need camber plates/bolts for 1.2” drop

That's what I thought too, my friend/neighbor is a mechanic and does most of the work on my car. We usually go up to his work on Sunday and I was there with him, when he showed me that he had the factory adjusted as much as possible and the rears were still slightly out of spec. The front were...
  19. Do I need camber plates/bolts for 1.2” drop

They absolutely exist, may have been my terminology in my prior post as they are referred to as a Rear Camber Adjustment Lockout kit. This is what is installed in my car.
  20. Do I need camber plates/bolts for 1.2” drop

Here's my experience with lowering my 16 which is a performance pack car. The springs I purchased dropped it about 1in and every thing I researched said you don't need plates or bolts for a 1 inch drop. Then about 6 months after I noticed cords showing on both front tires, the tires were already...
