Official Ford Sync3 3.4 Release

I have the square where the album art would go, but no actual album art on SiriusXM. Just a blue square with music notes. Do you have actual album art on SiriusXM, or just the same blue square?

Mine just showed the square when I finished the update, I didn't stick around too much longer in the car after it finished. I would think it should appear at some point like it did in the F-150.

Finally! My update status is now up-to-date after my last flash. Not that it's a huge deal, but it does give some piece of mind and ensure that I'll be aware when the next update is available.

Funny, now mine shows an update to version 3.4.22200 which is what I believe I'm already on.

Right. What's weird is that I was having issues with the Ford site showing me as updated, then it finally did. And now suddenly it's showing me I have an update, which I already have.

Very frustrating.

Yes, thank you. That one has been available on Cyanlabs For awhile now. Hopefully we get it here in the States sometime soon.

Only 800Mb or so - not likely to be much of significance.

Sync3 is pretty much end of life now and seems pretty stable and bug free these days

Ford Sync site says I have another update already after just updating to 22200 last week, any confirmation if it's 22251? I also tried having SiriusXM resend a signal to my car to see if it would trigger album artwork and nothing came of it, so still in the dark how to have it load up.

Same here. Downloading it now and will install later today. Most likely 22251.

Edit. There is a change to one file

Yes 22251. Installed today, only 870Mb so takes about 20 minutes max

I have downloaded the sync update 22000 over the wifi but have yet to drive 3+ hours to perform the nav maps update, does the map update need to be completed before I can download the 22251 sync update and does the new sync update also have a map update included with it.

At this point these latest SYNC updates are just background housekeeping. Installing maps on 22022 should not be an issue.
