OEM sound w/Resonator Delete?

Recently picked up 2019 GT. I find the stock exhaust to be louder than my 2015 was with an X pipe. Really surprised me as I was planning on ditching the resanator for an H pipe but I think I will pass for now.

Well, I'm honestly diggin' it totally stock with the sound tube pulled out. Just wish there was an affordable way lighten up that tank for a resonator, and free up the flow a bit. If not, I'm not gonna sweat it.

Don't expect much weight reduction when replacing the resonator, either. About the same as if you skip a meal or two.

There is weight to be saved when you take out the OEM resonator and put in an H or X pipe. I am not sure where those weights came from, but the stock resonator is a lot heavier than 17 lbs. I actually saved mine which was cutout in a box. It's challenging to pick up with one hand. I can pick up and toss around and catch a 20 lb dumbbell easily. I can't do that with the OEM resonator, definitely need two hands. On the other hand the CJPP H-pipe (304 SS one I had welded in place) feels like a roll of gift wrap, very light. I was surprised the amount of weight that was taken off doing that modification.
