nGauge broken?

Wondering what the shelf life is on these nGauges. It's starting to glitch out more frequently now. First time the screen turned white was during my install in December. It comes back to life after unplugging it from the car and plugging it in. This last time the wording on the display became corrupted and hard to read. Also got an "SD CARD FIRMWARE MISSING" last weekend. Anyone else have theirs malfunction?

I had mine malfunction once and Lund sent me out a new one right away. Great service.

Out of curiosity, do you keep yours in the AC vent?

No, it's not hard mounted. I only plug it in when I want to datalog or install a tune.
