So I got my new car after 7 months waiting. Got her home and swapped the cup 2s for the sport 4s. Had a couple beers to celebrate and parked her for the night. Next morning went for a drive of about 10km.
30km on her by this point. Opened her up on the highway to about 80km and a noise developed underneath that sounds like plastic vibration. Increases with speed.
This is now happening each time I go out. Starts coming on at about 40 kmph. Is not changing with engine speed. I put the car up on the lift and banged on everything i could. No loose parts or trim I could find.
I suspended the suspension and ran her up with TC off. No noises.
I'm including a video link of the noise to check out.
Has anyone had this that can shed light for me? I've mad an appointment with ford to check it but that's a 2 week wait..
