I received my car back from TSS after the new build (mods are in my sig) with the Hellion Twin kit and the 55mm turbos. It made 910whp/927tq on 19lbs with E-85 on a Mustang Dyno (not sure what that would be on a Dynojet). I am waiting for the dyno video, I will add it as soon as I get it from them. If anyone has this kit and wants to run more that 15lbs I would suggest getting some different valve springs. I know of at least one other person running this kit with the 55’s and had the same problems after 15lbs. Also, if you want to make more than mid to high 800whp then I would suggest going with the 62’s (they are the same price as the 55’s when ordering the kit). If you look at the two dyno sheets you can see on the 722whp graph it makes peak power around 6500rpm, on the 910whp graph it makes peak power at 6100 and starts really falling off after that. In my opinion the turbos are out of air. Anything over 19lbs resulted in the same problems we were having at 15lbs before we changed the valve springs. These are all with the same tune, just using the boost controller turning up the boost.

With that TQ climax, you're going to have a permanent smile on your face...
You've done the right mods for the power. Enjoy it and drive safe with that massive TQ.

Amazing results! 15psi on the 722/714 pull? 19psi on 910/927? Both pulls on e85?

How's the lag on the 55's, in car vids would be down right spectacular!!!!

I believe the 722/714 was on 12lbs and yes 19psi on the 910. Both were on E-85.
There isn't much lag but there is a little.

I'm going to take it to a local Dynojet and see what kind of power it makes on it. I have heard anywhere from 5-15% increase on a Dynojet vs Mustang Dyno, we shall see!

it has an engine!
Mustang dynos stimulate the road much better then dyno jets. Its why the numbers typically arent inflated. Mustang dyno and dyno dynamics are a superior dyno in my opinion.

i wouldn't say that

our dyno jet is on the conservative side, and we can use load bearing as well, that can actually be tougher than a street pull

just a tuning tool if done properly

The Aluminator came with the billet opg's and I added the crank gear.
