ABS/TC has started giving me fits. Goes out and comes back intermittently. Now my parking sensors say they don't work anymore. Lastly, my power steering is no longer assisting like it should. All these electrical issues lead me to believe my battery is dying. Does my conclusion sound right?

Battery’s do not power anything when the engine is on, it’s a storage device for starting and accessories. Sounds like your alternator might be going. Take it to any auto parts store and have them check your charging system.

Pulled off both wheel hubs and found both thrust washers were broken. I'm so happy I bought two when I went to the Ford dealership (it was an hour drive away each direction).

Put everything back together and all the lights cleared as soon as I got up to speed. No more fault lights on the dash whatsoever.

In my opinion, the check down should go as follows:

Charge battery
Lift car and check wheels for play
Physically inspect ABS tone rings
Physically inspect all ABS lines for fraying/ingress
And finally, pull the wheel hub off.

And when you do, make sure you confirm whether your axle nut is 32 or 36mm. Save yourself an extra trip to the auto parts store.

Part number for the thrust washer is FR3Z7G273A

This youtube video from CJ Pony Parts is helpful in showing how to take the hub off the axle.
