This is my first time buying wheels after a lot of research I found a set up that may work and I like.

My mustang is a 2019 gt base with stock suspension. I'm not planning on lowering the car for now so I want them to poke out i little

The first one would be Niche Vosso m203
20x10+40 front tires 275/35/20
20x11+35 rear tires 305/35/20

The second one is a square set up
20x10.5+30 or 20 (not sure which one yet)
Tires 285/35/20

My question is, will any of this set up give me any problems or they'll fit good?

Iā€™ll offer a third option: square setup, 20 x 10, ET +35, 285/35/20 tires. Depending upon on your future plans (lowering), you donā€™t want any poke that camber canā€™t fix. Otherwise, youā€™ll have to buy new wheels or perform body modifications. Lay out your total plan, and develop it with the future in mind. This will save you time and money in the long run.

A 20x10 +40 shouldnā€™t poke even at stock height. But a 20x11 +35 absolutely will. Most 11ā€ people run on these cars are around a +50 offset.

Iā€™d personally go with your 2nd option. A few members on here have run a 10.5ā€ +30 wheel with 285/35 tires and the fit (when powered) is awesome. And the offset is just right to where you can use camber to get the right fit. If you check through the aggressive fitment thread, youā€™ll find a few pics of that set up. You mentioned having done a lot of research so you may have already seen them

Agree that a 20x11 +35 will poke at the rear quite a bit - combined with the tire it would look funny IMO on stock suspension. For comparison, 19x10 +35 the upper outer lip of the wheel is essentially flush with the fender on stock suspension, and the tires poke slightly out from there. Due to the camber and the shape of the side of the car, they definitely poke at the bottom but it's a nice look without being silly IMO. Here's my SVE R350 19x10 +35 (all around):
