So I am ready to upgrade the tires and wheels for my Mustang but it’s been difficult trying to decide on tires so hoping someone can post pics to help me decide.

Option 1: 255/40/19 front and 285/35/19
Option 2: 285/35/19 front and 325/30/19 rear

The issue is I need all season tires and for some reason there’s no 305 available. Originally I wanted 275s in the front and 305 in rear which seems to be the common set up but that can only be done with summer tires due to lack of tires in 305 all season.

My concern is if I go with 285 in rear I may not get the meaty look I want. However, if I go with 325 I may regret the rear tire poke.

I’ve seen lots of pics with 325 and it seems like most of them have a rear poke and idk how I feel about that.

I haven’t seen much pics on 285s from rear so that may help if any of you are running that

Wheels will be 19x10/11 +50 offset in rear. Thanks in advance

This looks good! Do you have any pics of the whole car from rear?

Does it pretty much look squared since the difference isn’t much or you can see the staggered look?

Unfortunately I don’t, this is the best I have. Winter tires are on now so unfortunately I can’t grab you a new one right now. I love the look though!

It’s not as beefy as a 305 or 315 but it’s still a pretty stout size, especially compared to the stock 235’s.

That picture gets me a good idea. My stock is 255 so that’s why I’m hoping it would be good enough upgrade in terms of looks. Performance will be better no doubt.

thanks for the pics!

Do you happen to have 285 shot from the front or any other angle?

These are all 285/35/19 on 19x10 +35 wheels. Hope this helps!
Note: the last two pictures are with -2.8° camber on the front

Thank you so much! This really helps me.
Since I’m looking for 19x10+35 as well on the same wheels.

probably a dumb question but I know sve 19x10/11 kit has +35 off set in front and +50 in back. If going squared you use +35 offset in back too?

sorry new to offsets but I’m assuming since rear is 19x11 it would require +50 but if I run 19x10 I’d run +35 offset even in the rear.

Correct, you would get +35 all around.

The nice thing about squared is you can rotate them. before I had the SP2s I had the PP wheels and ran a 20mm spacer. with the SP2s I don't use any spacers.

Keep in mind a 285 is 30mm/1.18" wider then you factory tires. It will make a noticeable difference.
