Yeah, but climate control information is never displayed on the IPC.
I think the most plausible explanation is a temporary software glitch. It might be some kind of debugging information that's displayed when the unit goes into some engineering or testing mode. Which you shouldn't see in normal use but was temporarily triggered by some electronic glitch.

We must keep in mind that the IPC is not merely a display. It's a very powerful computer in its own right, which is capable of much more than just displaying engine revs and speed. Who knows how many layers of software there may be behind the surface...
Thanks again,I'll try the hvac justl incase, but being an engineer.i could see putting up display indicating some software issue being fixed and they put up the lo symbol.,thanks

The area above the gauges and below the audio information is where I get turn by turn instructions when I've entered an address into the GPS. Any chance it had something to do with that?

Nope never have used it
Doesn't matter. It still could be a nav related icon. I have searched for what you saw and could find nothing. Also went to my car (401A) and noted that there are no "warning" light shown above the gauges.

I'll take "low washer fluid" for $100, Alex.
